About Ted's

Ted's General Store is a Miami warehouse that turns retail overstock, open-box, and tested name-brand goods into honest, affordable deals. We buy truckloads of returns and surplus from major national retailers, then sort, inspect, and grade every item before it hits the floor.

Why we do it

Perfectly good product gets pulled from shelves every day — overstock, a dinged box, a return someone changed their mind on. Instead of letting it go to waste, we put it back to work at a fraction of the original price. You get the same name brands, minus the markup.

Honest grading, always

Every item gets a clear condition grade — New, Overstock, Open Box, Used & Tested, or Parts / As-Is — and we photograph the actual unit so you know exactly what you're getting. If it plugs in, we test it. No surprises.

Who's Ted?

Ted is our resident Yorkshire Terrier and the little guy on our logo. He supervises the warehouse, mostly from a nap.
