How We Grade
Every item on the floor gets inspected and given one of five honest grades before it's listed. Here's exactly what each one means, so you know what you're buying before it ships.
Unused surplus
Never used, but the box may be scuffed, relabeled, or replaced. The item itself is untouched. Perfect when you care about the product, not the packaging.

Opened, inspected, complete
Someone opened it and sent it back. We check that it's complete and, if it plugs in, we power it on. Any cosmetic marks are photographed on the listing.

Previously used and working
Genuinely used gear that we've inspected and tested. Expect normal wear, and expect to see it in the photos. We shoot the actual unit you're buying.

Exactly what it says
Incomplete, untested, or not working as intended. We say what's wrong in the listing and price it accordingly. Great for repairs, parts, and projects.
Final sale. Not returnable.
