Shipping and Delivery

Same-day shipping

Order by 2PM Eastern on a business day and your order ships the same day. Orders after 2PM ship the next business day.

Freight items

Large items (appliances, furniture, generators, oversized fixtures) ship freight within 2 business days. Freight cost depends on your address: call or text (305) 400-9036 for a quote before or after you order.

Free local pickup, Miami

Every order can be picked up free at our warehouse: 5000 SW 75th Ave STE 111, Miami, FL 33155. We will text you when it is ready, most orders the same day.

Local delivery

We deliver from Homestead to Jupiter with flat rates by distance, from $49 (within 5 miles) to $149 (50 to 85 miles). Rates include curbside delivery; big items may add a handling surcharge. See the Pickup & Delivery page for the full zone table and an instant quote by ZIP code.

Nationwide

Most items ship anywhere in the United States. Parcels go by USPS, UPS or FedEx (we choose the carrier with the best rate for your address and package size) and typically arrive 1 to 6 business days after they ship. Some items ship free (marked on the product page); the rest ship at the carrier-calculated rate shown at checkout. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

International

We ship to select countries by USPS or DHL Express at the rate shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, and any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
