Terms of Service

Welcome to Ted's General Store. By using this site and buying from us you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We sell new, open-box, overstock, and liquidation merchandise sourced from major national retailers. Every item's condition is stated on its tag: graded items are checked before listing; ungraded items are sold as-is with a 48-hour money-back window. Quantities are limited and most items are one-offs; all orders are subject to availability.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Where we show a list price or MSRP next to our price, it reflects the manufacturer's or a major retailer's regular price for the same item, or the original retail value stated by our supplier. We may correct pricing errors on unfulfilled orders and will notify you if we do.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfill. In-store we also accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo.

Returns

Returns follow our Refund Policy: 7 days on graded items, 48 hours on ungraded items, and Parts / As-Is sales are final.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
